Head of Corporate Video
Rubberduck are committed to excellence, creativity, and innovation in video productions of all sizes, from TV Commercials to Talking Heads. As we expand our corporate video division, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to join our team as the Head of Corporate Video. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, creative, and fast-growing team. Leading and shaping the future of our corporate video department, managing client projects from inception to delivery, as well as assisting our senior production team on some of Irelands’ largest commercial campaigns. The role will encompass end-to-end project management, including equipment and crew bookings, creative development, casting, overseeing all aspects from pre-production to post-production, and fostering strong client relationships - ensuring repeat business and referrals through outstanding service. In addition to production, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing efforts, responding to client inquiries with tailored proposals, budgets, and schedules. Reporting directly to our senior management team, you'll be instrumental in analysing and reporting on the performance of corporate video projects, providing actionable insights to enhance efficiency and further our high standards for creative corporate video.
Core Skill Requirements
Proven Experience as a Producer in the Film, Television, or Advertising Industry.
Outstanding Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving Abilities.
Strong Industry Connections and a Passion for Staying up to Date with Trends and Developments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional Leadership and Project Management Skills.

Open Role
Production Assistant
Interested in working in production? Rubberduck are looking for an enthusiastic duck to assist across all aspects of our production department. The role will involve working on the broad spectrum of projects Rubberduck caters to, from online content right through to TV commercials. Day to day tasks will include a broad range of activities such as assisting in budgeting, scheduling, and logistical planning for shoots. Coordinating casting, location scouting, and equipment rentals. Managing production paperwork, releases and contracts; and assisting with on-set production to ensure all operations run smoothly. While no prior experience is necessary, the ideal candidate will have a grasp on the typical production workflow and be eager to lend a helping hand on-set.

Excellent Organisational and Multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
